Terms & Conditions

Termination of Membership
Membership or affiliation in the Association shall not be transferable.  A Member or Affiliate Member may resign from the Association by notice in writing to the Association.  Any Fellow, Member or Affiliate Member whose fees are six months in arrears shall be deemed to have resigned from the Association.  Former Members and Affiliate Members may apply for reinstatement.  The membership of any individual may be terminated by the Board of Directors according to policy set by the Board from time to time.

Dues and Fees
The annual fees for all categories of membership as well as other fees and charges shall be determined by the Board of Directors.  No change in fees shall have any force or effect until it is ratified and confirmed by vote at an Annual Meeting of Members.  Annual dues are waived for Honorary Members.

Responsibility of Membership
All members shall be bound by the By-laws of the Association and shall, by virtue of having applied for, or having accepted membership in the Association, agree to be governed by the By-laws and any additions or amendments thereto.

Rights and Privileges of Membership
Rights and privileges for all categories of membership shall include the right to attend and participate in the annual meeting of the Association, scientific and educational meetings and to receive the Association’s publications, and such other benefits of membership, which may be conferred by the Board from time to time.
