Regular Member: individuals with a relevant professional degree or diploma meeting the requirements as established by the Association and who have training and experience in the field of eating disorders and related areas.
Member-in-Training: any student in a degree or diploma program at a recognized university who is interested or involved in the field of eating disorders or related areas.
Membership for Concurrent AED Member: individuals who have shown an active interest in the field of eating disorders or related areas and upon whom the Association wishes to bestow recognition. Persons qualified for membership in the Association are not eligible for Affiliate Member status.
Clinicians Exclusively in Private Practice: members shall be individuals with a relevant professional degree or diploma meeting the requirements as established by their professional order and who have training and experience in the field of eating disorders and related areas.
Emeritus (Retired) Members: members shall be individuals who have belonged to the Association for the last ten years and have reached the age of 65, and who may no longer be engaged in full-time employment.
